^19 (A)Stand by the way ^(B)and watch,
    O inhabitant of ^(C)Aroer!
Ask him who flees and her who escapes;
    say, ‘What has happened?’
²⁰ Moab is put to shame, for it is broken;
    ^(D)wail and cry!
Tell it beside ^(E)the Arnon,
    that ^(F)Moab is laid waste.
